Outdoor installation options

1) For outdoor installation of simple parking models, there are several options for your choise ( for exta cost):

2)For lift & slide parking system is recommended to make an outside cover, fire protection, lighting, ventilation, etc. by themself.

3) For fully automated parking systems Mutrade also recommends to make outside cover, fire protection, lighting, ventilation, etc. as well.

4) For hyfdraulic lifting tables VRC & car turners CTT：IP65 electrical components and hot-dip galvanized structure are optional for outdoor installation.

Safety & electricals

1） Extra photocell sensors （ two post parking lifts、two post underground parking ST2127/2227、scissor lifting platform SVRC).

The 2-postparking lift has a photocell installed on posts on 2 sides: the car lift will stop when the photocell senses people or animals passing into the parking lift working area. Or in a situation where the ceiling or the interior height of the garage is low, about 3m - 3.5m, which can't help but worry the car owner that the car will touch the ceiling.

For pit parking lift and scissor lift, photoelectric sensors are also recommended:our suggestion is to install photoelectric sensors around the pit, so when the parking platform completes the lift, a pit will form. To prevent an accident when someone approaches the parking lift, the sensors will detect unwanted intrusion and the lift will stop running. Also, when the car is drived out from the platform, the lift is also blocked by a photocell and nothing can make it move.

2) Extra limit switch,（two post parking lifts、underground parking lifts, scissor parking elevator SVRC.  The limit switch prevents the object from moving in the mechanism beyond a certain point exceeding the set limit. Our standard lift height (for 2 post parking lift) is 2100mm, if you want a lower lift height for your small car and low ceiling, you can adjust the limit switch.

3) Explosion-proof valve & pressure sensor (oil pipe rupture or pump station failure). If the tubing bursts suddenly, or the pumping station fails, the equipment will not fall suddenly and cause an accident

4） DC power supply, battery, the device can keep working when the power off.

5）Warning lights. Some national laws require the equipment to be equipped with warning lights, which is also our option. Sliding and lifting parking equipment and automatic tower are available by default, and other equipment can be selected.

6） Remote control  is optional for most models of parking equipment manufactured by Mutrade. NFC also is availible for puzzle parking system BDP and multilevel tower parking system ATP.

7） Free standing structure.  If your existing site cannot be built with 150mm thick cement as the foundation, we have a standing single design to meet your needs, which only need 60-80mm thickness concrete.

8） Schneider Electric Devices + Siemens Motor. For more stable operation of the equipment, we also have Schneider brand electrical components and Siemens motors as options.

9） Charging pile: we can add chargers to parking spaces so your cars can charge while you park.
